New York Life Endowed Scholarship

The New York Life Endowed Scholarship provides financial support for students enrolled in Georgia State University's program in Risk Management and Insurance, specifically focusing on Actuarial Science undergraduate students. This scholarship is designed to support sophomore or junior students who have demonstrated both academic excellence and professional development in the actuarial field. Eligible applicants must be currently enrolled in GSU's undergraduate Actuarial Science program, hold sophomore or junior class standing, and have successfully passed at least one Society of Actuaries exam. Additionally, candidates must maintain a minimum grade point average of 3.00. The scholarship is administered through the GSU Risk Management Foundation and applicants are eligible to reapply on an annual basis, making it a potentially recurring source of support throughout their undergraduate career.
