About This Opportunity

The NHS Charities Together Community Partnership Grants Programme provides grants of £100,000 or more to projects which support the health and well-being of communities disproportionately affected by the Covid-19 pandemic across Greater Manchester. The programme has an allocation of £1,247,490 to support a small number of large grants focused on sustainable health outcomes across three programme themes: Mental Health, Tackling Health Inequalities, and Hospital at Home. Funding is available to support projects delivered by Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE) organisations working in partnership with the NHS. Applications must meet all three core NHS Charities Together criteria: result in measurable improvement in health outcomes for communities affected by Covid-19, involve a partnership between NHS bodies and community organisations, and lead to direct positive impact on the NHS whilst it responds to the pandemic. Grants are expected to be awarded for a two-year period, with a minimum funding request of £100,000 (£50,000 per annum for two years) and no upper limit. The programme is administered by Forever Manchester working on behalf of the Greater Manchester Integrated Care System NHS Charities, with Stockport NHS Foundation Trust as the lead charity for Greater Manchester. Note: This funding programme is now closed for applications as of April 24, 2023.
