About this opportunity
The Noeleen Olson Undergraduate Horticultural Scholarship supports third-year students enrolled in an undergraduate degree in horticulture at Massey University. Named after Noeleen Olson, who graduated from Massey University with a BA (Humanities) in 1970 and was a school teacher for 28 years, the scholarship honors her life-long passion for horticulture and her role as a founding member of Palmerston North's horticultural society. The scholarship is valued at approximately $5,000 and is awarded for one year's duration. Four awards are available each year to support eligible students pursuing their horticultural studies. Recipients are selected based on their academic achievements in their first and second year of study, as well as how the award would benefit their studies.
