Nordplus Higher Education

Nordplus Higher Education provides funding for educational cooperation and mobility among institutions in the Nordic and Baltic countries. The program supports various activities including individual student and teacher mobility, intensive courses, development projects, joint study programs, and network meetings. Grants should be seen as a contribution towards the actual cost of activities, with participating organizations expected to provide some degree of co-financing. The program uses fixed unit costs and lump sum allocations to simplify the application process. Mobility support is calculated using fixed travel and accommodation rates, with the Espresso application system automatically determining grant amounts. Projects can receive up to 100,000 EUR per call and may receive funding for three consecutive years, with a maximum total of 300,000 EUR. The program covers activities within the Nordic and Baltic region, with special provisions for participants with special needs through additional inclusion support funding.
