Norma Slater Pandas Hockey Alumni Award

The Norma Slater Pandas Hockey Alumni Award is an annual award provided to students with satisfactory academic standing who are entering, transferring, or continuing in a degree program at the University of Alberta and are Pandas Hockey student-athletes. Recipients are selected based on multiple criteria including the level of excellence shown in the sport, the potential to develop as a significant contributor to the Pandas team, contributions made to their sport both on and off the ice, and academic standing. Student-athletes who are continuing in a program must have completed at least 18 units of course weight in the previous year to be eligible for consideration. This award recognizes both athletic achievement and academic performance among women's hockey players at the University of Alberta.
