About this opportunity
The Norman I Price Scholarship in Electrical Engineering provides financial assistance to a PhD student undertaking research in Electrical Engineering at the University of Sydney. The Scholarship offers a stipend allowance equivalent to the University of Sydney's Research Training Program (RTP) stipend rate for up to 3.5 years for full-time PhD recipients. The scholarship is funded by donation to perpetuate the memory of Norman I Price. Recipients are automatically considered when applying for PhD admission within the School of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Sydney. The successful applicant is selected on the basis of academic merit, their area of study in Electrical Engineering, and their research proposal or other evidence of research potential. For international students, the Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is also provided for up to fourteen research periods.

Review process
Selection is based on academic merit, area of study in Electrical Engineering, and research proposal.
