Norman S. and Marion D. Gilbert Endowed Scholarship

The Norman S. and Marion D. Gilbert Endowed Scholarship provides scholarship support for full-time undergraduate, degree-seeking students with demonstrated financial need. This endowed scholarship rotates annually between the School of Music and the College of Education at Northern Illinois University. For the 2026-2027 academic year, the scholarship will be awarded to students in the School of Music, and for the 2027-2028 academic year, it will be awarded to students in the College of Education. Students are automatically considered for this scholarship based on their completed General Application through Northern Illinois University's scholarship portal.
