About this opportunity

The Norman Scott Noble Honours Scholarship is a $5,000 undergraduate scholarship for honours level students undertaking an honours program in agriculture at the University of Sydney. Established in 1986 by a gift from Ms Mable Noble to memorialise her husband, Mr Norman Scott Noble, this scholarship supports undergraduate students of academic excellence undertaking an honours program in agriculture. The scholarship is awarded on the basis of academic merit, determined by the candidate's Weighted Average Mark (WAM). Recipients must have completed their third year in eligible Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies programs with agricultural focus, including Plant Production, Animal Production, Soil Science & Hydrology, Animal & Veterinary Bioscience, Agriculture, or Food and Agribusiness. The scholarship is tenable for one year only and paid in two equal instalments after the census date of each semester.

The Scholarship will be awarded by the Head of School of Life and Environmental Sciences, or their nominated delegate/s, on the basis of academic merit determined by the candidate's Weighted Average Mark (WAM).
