North Paddington Community Capital Grant

The North Paddington Community Capital Grants Fund supports capital projects to improve non-council owned buildings and facilities in North Paddington. The fund prioritises improving voluntary sector buildings, helping organisations invest in essential upgrades that enhance their capacity to serve the community. Modern, fit-for-purpose facilities are critical for delivering quality services in health, social care, leisure, and culture. The grant pot is £4.5 million distributed over financial years 2024/25 and 2025/26. Many voluntary organisations struggle to fund essential upgrades which limits their ability to provide much needed services. This fund is designed to help them invest in their spaces, improving conditions and increasing their capacity to serve the community. These spaces should empower organisations to grow and meet the evolving needs of local residents.
