North Ridge Development Award

The North Ridge Development Award is a scholarship offered by Saskatchewan Polytechnic for students enrolled full-time in the Carpenter Apprenticeship program, Level 1 at any Saskatchewan Polytechnic campus. The award is valued at $1,000 and has one award available per year. Selection criteria include financial need (60% weighting) and academic achievement (40% weighting) based on Carpenter Apprenticeship level 1 final marks. Preference is given to students who are either mature students (26 years of age and older) or women in non-traditional trades. Applicants are automatically considered based on their completed General Application through the Saskatchewan Polytechnic system. The deadline for consideration is June 15, 2026.
