Northern Futures Bursary

The Northern Futures Bursary is postgraduate funding from Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine for students from the north of England. Eligible students receive a 20% reduction in tuition fees on any full-time, on-campus master's degree in tropical medicine and global health. The bursary is applied automatically with no separate application or deadline required. If applicants meet the eligibility criteria and accept a place, the discount is built into their offer. This funding opportunity supports students pursuing various master's programs including MSc Humanitarian Studies, MSc Tropical Disease Biology, Master of Public Health programs, and other tropical medicine and global health degrees. Eligible applicants must be UK or Irish nationals domiciled in the UK or Ireland, with a home address or study history in northern England counties including Merseyside, Cheshire, Cumbria, Greater Manchester, Lancashire, Northumberland, Tyne and Wear, Durham, and Yorkshire regions. Applicants must have Home fee status and must not already hold an equivalent or higher-level qualification than the course being applied for.
