About this opportunity
The Northern Precinct Ramsay Supplementary Scholarship provides financial assistance to PhD students who are undertaking research within the Northern Precinct, Faculty of Medicine and Health at the University of Sydney. This scholarship is funded by The Ramsay Teaching and Research Trust Fund Committee and is designed to supplement existing Research Training Program (RTP) Stipend Scholarships. The scholarship provides a stipend allowance of $10,000 per annum for up to one year to support full-time doctoral research. Recipients must have an unconditional offer of admission or be currently enrolled in a full-time PhD within the Northern Precinct. Selection is based on academic merit, area of study and/or research proposal, and RTP Stipend Scholarship ranking. The scholarship requires recipients to acknowledge the support provided by the Ramsay Teaching and Research Trust Fund in any publications or presentations arising from their research.
