NSHSS College Freshman Scholarship 2026

The NSHSS College Freshman Scholarship 2026 is designed to celebrate and support college students who are taking their first steps toward achieving their educational and career goals. This scholarship recognizes NSHSS members who have chosen to pursue higher education as they transition into their freshman year of college. According to College Stats, every year 2.3 million people obtain college degrees, and NSHSS wants to honor students making this important commitment. The scholarship provides financial support to help offset college costs during this significant transition period. Applicants are asked to reflect on their college choice and motivations for pursuing higher education, demonstrating their commitment to academic achievement and personal growth. Two awards of $1,000 each are available to qualifying NSHSS members who are enrolled in their first semester of college as of August 15, 2025.
