NZIBS Scholarship in Building Surveying

The NZIBS Scholarship in Building Surveying is a $5,000 scholarship established in 2021 to support excellence in the study of property, particularly building surveying. The scholarship is funded by the New Zealand Institute of Building Surveyors (NZIBS), a national body of skilled, professional building consultants. The main purpose of the scholarship is to encourage and support students enrolled full-time in Year 3 of a Bachelor of Property (BProp) or BProp conjoint degree, including the PROPERTY 370 Building Surveying course. The scholarship provides financial assistance to help students with their studies and is awarded annually to one recipient who is a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident. Applications typically open around six weeks before the closing date of 6 August 2025, with the next opening date on 25 June 2025.
