Ocean and Earth Science Global Impact Scholarship

The Ocean and Earth Science Global Impact Scholarship is offered by the University of Southampton to international students pursuing master's degrees in oceanography and related earth sciences. The scholarship provides financial support in the form of tuition fee reductions to outstanding international students based on their undergraduate academic achievement. The program offers two levels of awards: £5,000 for students achieving a first-class degree or equivalent, and £3,000 for students achieving an upper second-class degree (2:1) or equivalent. The scholarship is designed to support international students studying MSc Oceanography, MSc Ocean and Earth Science by Research, MSc Geophysics, and MSc Applied and Coastal Offshore Geoscience. This is a merit-based scholarship that does not require a separate application - eligible students are automatically considered and notified by email if they meet the criteria.
