The fund for development of public-private partnership facilities (OFS anlegg) in Drammen municipality has been established to support construction, upgrading, rehabilitation, and development of sports facilities that contribute to increased activity, public health, and an inclusive sports program in the municipality. Support can also be sought for building permit processes. The fund prioritizes projects that promote increased sports activity, advance public health, and align with the municipality's sports policy priorities. Projects must demonstrate long-term sustainability with a plan for ongoing operations and maintenance without requiring municipal support after completion. Applicants must be members of the Norwegian Sports Federation and document sufficient financial and organizational capacity to implement the project. Facilities must be open and accessible to a broad user group, with special emphasis on inclusion of children, youth, and persons with disabilities. Projects that consider environmental sustainability and energy efficiency will be prioritized. Applications must include a detailed project description, budget, financing plan, operations plan, and documentation of implementation capacity. The application deadline is October 1st.
