Officersförbundets stipendiestiftelse awards an annual scholarship of 25,000 Swedish kronor to recognize outstanding union representatives who go the extra mile for union members. The scholarship is awarded annually in ceremonial form to honor excellent performance by union representatives within Officersförbundet. Nominations are open to both union members and associations, with the recipient being selected based on demonstrated union leadership excellence and contributions to advancing union work and professional engagement.
