Since 1981, the Foundation has awarded more than $33 million in research grants, fellowships, academic scholarships, lectures, public education projects, career development awards, and ONS Congress scholarships. In 2024 alone, the Foundation approved over $620,000 in funding, including $250,000 for academic scholarships, $155,525 for conference scholarships, $199,985 for research grants, and $33,400 for career development awards.
The program offers multiple funding categories including Education (bachelor's, master's, and doctoral scholarships), Leadership and Career Development awards, Research grants, Conference scholarships for ONS Congress and ONS Bridge events, and Chapter funding for local ONS chapters.
