Online Birmingham Masters Scholarship

The Online Birmingham Masters Scholarship offers £3,000 tuition fee discounts to support applicants intending to join select postgraduate distance learning courses at the University of Birmingham in 2026. The scholarship demonstrates the university's commitment to distance learning students who choose to pursue academically-rigorous degrees while studying flexibly around existing commitments. The £3,000 discount will be spread across successful applicants' module fees. More than 40 scholarships will be awarded to candidates beginning online Masters study in 2026, based on previous academic and/or professional performance. Applicants are expected to attain a First-class or Upper Second-class (2:1) Honours degree (or the equivalent) for their undergraduate qualification. If applicants do not have a UK undergraduate degree, their previous qualifications and professional experience will be considered. The scholarship is only tenable for one year and cannot be held in conjunction with other scholarships.
