Ooks Hockey Alumni Association Scholarships - Fall

The Ooks Hockey Alumni Association Scholarships were created in 2003 to recognize both athletic and academic achievement among current Men's Hockey players at NAIT. These scholarships honor players who exemplify strong attributes to their teammates. Recipients must maintain a minimum academic requirement of 1.7 GPA (60%) in cases of extenuating circumstances, with a preference for at least 2.0 GPA (63%) under normal circumstances in the previous semester. Approximately 30 scholarships are awarded annually and disbursed in two increments: one in February and one in May, contingent upon maintaining academic standing. Students are automatically considered for this award with no application required.
