About this opportunity
The Oorala Aboriginal Centre in collaboration with UNE's Student Accessibility and Wellbeing Office developed the Oorala Wellbeing Scholarship. They share a vision to improve access to the UNE experience for everyone, regardless of their background or current situation. The Accessibility and Wellbeing Office support students who are living with a disability or health condition, carers of a family member, elite athletes, ADF and SES personnel, living remotely, incarcerated or do not have access to reliable internet and online technology. This scholarship is open to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students at the University of New England, offering financial support for one semester to students who have a registered Student Access Plan with the UNE Accessibility and Wellbeing Office. The scholarship provides approximately $500 and is available to both new commencing and continuing UNE students across all study levels and loads.
