Oppfølging av barn og unge med psykiske helseutfordringer og rusmiddelrelaterte problemer

This grant program aims to strengthen services for children and young people with mental health challenges and problematic substance abuse, with particular emphasis on children and young people who need long-term, adapted or complex follow-up. The program is administered through a delegated arrangement to regional state governors (statsforvalterne). A key objective is to stimulate holistic services and binding cooperation between different levels and sectors: between municipalities and specialist health services, between municipal services, and through inter-municipal collaboration. The funding is intended to support municipalities and inter-municipal companies in developing and improving mental health and substance abuse services for young people. Applications are processed at the regional level by the state governors, with reporting requirements back to the Norwegian Directorate of Health. The total available funding for this cycle is up to 240,327,000 Norwegian kroner.
