This grant program supports follow-up services for individuals with substance abuse problems, mental health issues, and/or experience from the sale and exchange of sexual acts who are less likely to be reached through regular public services or other grant-financed initiatives. The goal is to provide these individuals with support for better health, quality of life, and ability to manage their own life situation through low-threshold services that are easily accessible to users. The program is designed to fund voluntary and non-profit organizations that can deliver these essential services to vulnerable populations.
