Opplæring i norsk for voksne personer med kollektiv beskyttelse

This grant program consists of two types of grants for Norwegian language training for adult persons with collective protection. The person grant (persontilskot § 37 d) is automatically paid to municipalities and county municipalities for adults with collective protection who have the right to Norwegian language training. The basic grant (grunntilskot) is automatically paid to small and medium-sized municipalities to improve the economic framework conditions for Norwegian language and social studies training. The program targets persons aged 18-67 who have been granted residence permits under the Immigration Act § 34, particularly displaced persons from Ukraine. The person grant can be triggered for a maximum of one year per person, and the basic grant is an annual grant paid to municipalities with 1 to 150 persons in the calculation basis. Grants are automatically disbursed quarterly throughout the year based on registrations in the National Introduction Register (NIR).
