Opplæring i norsk og samfunnskunnskap for asylsøkarar i mottak

This grant program consists of two types of grants: Norwegian language training (asylnorsk) and civic education (samfunnskunnskap) for asylum seekers in reception centers. The grants are automatically paid to municipalities hosting reception centers for asylum seekers who are required to participate in Norwegian language and civic education training. The program aims to ensure that asylum seekers can quickly gain knowledge of the Norwegian language and society. Asylum seekers living in reception centers who are over 18 years old are required to participate in 175 hours of Norwegian language training and 25 hours of civic education training. The grants support municipalities in implementing this mandatory training program for asylum seekers.
