Opportunity for Success Scholarship

The Opportunity for Success Scholarship is awarded to undergraduate students enrolled in the College of Health Professions and Sciences (CHPS) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee who are members of the 'first generation' in their families to attend college, meaning neither parent earned a baccalaureate degree. This scholarship provides a minimum award of $1,000 to support first-generation students pursuing degrees in health-related fields. The scholarship is provided by an anonymous donor and is administered through the UWM Foundation.
