Oppstartstilskudd for nye foreninger innen kultur

This is a startup grant program offered by Rakkestad municipality in Norway for new cultural associations and initiatives. The grant supports the establishment of new associations within the cultural sector or new cultural activities. The funding can also be provided to reorganized associations when operations resume after at least 2 years of inactivity. Applications are accepted on a rolling basis with no specific deadline and are processed continuously. Applicants must submit the composition of the board, the association's bylaws/purpose, and a budget along with their application.
