About this opportunity
This programme helps charities identify and prioritise their development goals, building on what they are already great at and how to respond to and overcome challenges. It is a two-year development support programme specifically for charities that help asylum seekers and refugees with an income between £25,000 and £500,000. The programme provides access to organisational development support including working with specialised consultants, mentors or skilled volunteers, participating in peer networks, and accessing resources, memberships and events. With guidance from Regional Managers, the programme works with charities to identify strengths and challenges and how to address these. This programme represents Lloyds Bank Foundation's ten-year investment in helping small and local charities build on their strengths and grow more resilient so they can thrive over the long term. Note: This is not a cash funding programme - there is no grant award linked to it, only organisational development support services.
