About this opportunity

Organisert beitebruk is a subsidy program in Norway that provides financial support to organized grazing associations (beitelag) with animals on outfield pastures. The program supports joint activities such as supervision, collection, and other collaborative measures for grazing management. To be eligible, grazing associations must be approved by the municipality and consist of at least two active members with animals on outfield pastures. Both the association and all members must have organizational numbers. The subsidy rates are differentiated by animal type: 19 NOK per animal for sheep and goats, and 43 NOK per animal for cattle and horses.
