Oskar Karl Forster Scholarship for Books and Learning Materials

The Oskar Karl Forster Scholarship for Books and Learning Materials provides financial aid to students at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) for purchasing books and learning materials. This scholarship fund is administered by the state of Bavaria on behalf of the late Consul Oskar Karl Forster and made available through TUM. The scholarship is designed to support academically outstanding students who demonstrate financial need and have completed at least two semesters at TUM. The program targets both students with German university entrance certificates and students with non-German certificates who are entitled to BAföG assistance. Awards range from €100 to €500 and are intended specifically for educational materials relevant to the recipient's course of study. Recipients must provide receipts for all books and learning materials purchased with scholarship funds by the end of the funding semester.
