Outstanding 4-H Member Scholarship

The Outstanding 4-H Member Scholarship is awarded to entering freshmen at Mississippi State University who have been named their county's Outstanding 4-H Member by the county representative. This one-year scholarship provides $1,000 in financial support to recognize exceptional involvement and achievement in 4-H Community Club activities. The award is disbursed equally over two semesters during the student's first year at MSU. Recipients must maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA from 9th-11th grade and achieve a minimum ACT score of 20 or SAT score of 1030. The scholarship requires submission of both a General Scholarship Application and a specific Outstanding 4-H Member Scholarship Application through the university's scholarship portal, including verification from the county's 4-H representative.
