Outstanding Research in Genetics Prize

The Outstanding Research in Genetics Prize is awarded to a student with superior academic achievement enrolled in any year of a Bachelor of Science Honors or Specialization in Biological Sciences at the University of Alberta. The prize recognizes exceptional performance and demonstrated excellence in both oral and written components of the Biology 499 research project. Selection is based on academic standing and quality of research presentation. Students are automatically considered for this award based on their completed General Application through the university's scholarship platform.
