About this opportunity
The P. Scott Smith Scholarship supports full-time junior or senior students majoring in Physics at Eastern Illinois University. Recipients must maintain an overall GPA of at least 2.5 and show significant promise as a researcher in Physics. The award requires that students have participated in mentored research with a faculty member, and the faculty mentor should be consulted when determining the best candidate. Financial need is not a consideration for this scholarship. The award is announced and disbursed in the Spring semester.
