About this opportunity

The Paige Doucette Crane, Walnut Ridge High School Scholarship Fund was created by Paige Doucette Crane to support students pursuing higher education. Crane was a member of the newspaper and yearbook staff during her time at school, experiences which better prepared her for college and highlighted the importance of extracurricular activities for all students. The scholarship demonstrates her belief that students in Columbus City Schools, and Walnut Ridge High School in particular, should have the opportunity to follow their desires and abilities to higher education. The scholarship seeks to encourage students to realize this goal by providing financial support for their college education. Eligible candidates must be graduating seniors of Walnut Ridge High School in Columbus, OH. Recipients may attend a two- or four-year college or university, or a career or technical program, with a preference for candidates who plan to attend a four-year institution. Recipients must attend a college or university in the U.S. either full- or part-time.
