Pandas Soccer Alumni Award

The Pandas Soccer Alumni Award is an annual scholarship awarded to undergraduate students at the University of Alberta who are members of the Pandas Soccer Team. Recipients must maintain satisfactory academic standing of 2.0 GPA on at least 18 units of course weight and be eligible for competition in the year of the award. The award was endowed by the University of Alberta Pandas Soccer Alumni to encourage and financially assist soccer players in the pursuit of their academic and athletic careers. Selection is based on the level of excellence in the sport of soccer, the potential shown to develop as a significant contributor to the Pandas Soccer program in the future, and the contributions made to the team on and off the field. The award also aims to encourage participation as a member of the Pandas Soccer Alumni upon the recipient's graduation.
