About This Opportunity
The Pathway to Physics Award is awarded to students who identify as a member of a Visible Minority and/or who are First Nation, Inuit, or Métis people of Canada in accordance with the Constitution Act, 1982, Part 2, Section 35(2) and/or who are a gender minority with satisfactory academic standing enrolled in the second, third and fourth year of a Bachelor of Science in Physics in the Faculty of Science. Selection is based on academic standing and indicated financial need. Part-time students are eligible for this award. This award aims to support underrepresented students pursuing physics education at the University of Alberta.
