About This Opportunity
Paul Frenckners fond provides travel grants for research stays abroad within the field of ear, nose, and throat (ENT) diseases. The grants support auscultation or research visits at clinics outside Sweden, but not congress travel. The fund supports research related to ENT diseases through both project grants and travel grants for research stays. Applicants must hold a medical degree and be members of the Swedish Society of Medicine (SLS) or a member organization. Travel can start earliest September 1st of the application year. A brief travel report and financial accounting must be submitted no later than one month after the completed trip. The fund requires that previously granted travel grants from Paul Frenckner's fund must be used and reported before a new application can be submitted. Only one travel grant application can be made at each application opportunity. The grant is paid out as a scholarship to a personal account.
