About This Opportunity
The Per-Eric and Ulla Schyberg Foundation primarily aims to promote scientific research and education, preferably within the medical and biochemical fields. Applicants must be affiliated with Lund University. The foundation provides support for planned or ongoing research to a limited number of young researchers (maximum 10 years post-PhD) who are in a postdoctoral period and building their own independent research group. To stimulate diversity in research, groups not connected to large networks are prioritized. Applications should be in the range of 300,000 - 500,000 SEK. Awards may be granted to the same recipient for more than one year, but grants are decided on a one-year basis. Applications must contain a clear specification of what is being requested, a brief research program of approximately two A4 pages, and a curriculum vitae.
