About this opportunity
Established by Peter and Sarah Glockner to provide an educational opportunity to outstanding and gifted students. This scholarship is offered annually to an undergraduate student entering third year in the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary. The award is renewable in fourth year providing the recipient achieves a minimum GPA of 3.50 on a minimum of 30.00 units completed in the third year and registers in a minimum of 30 units in the upcoming fall and winter terms as a Mechanical or Civil Engineering major. Selection is based on academic merit in second year courses while enrolled in the Schulich School of Engineering, with a minimum GPA of 3.50 on at least 30 units over fall and winter terms. Financial need may also be taken into consideration. Applicants must be Canadian citizens or Permanent Residents.
