Peter & Lena Karmel Honours Scholarship in the School of Art

This scholarship is offered by the ANU College of Arts and Social Sciences to support outstanding students pursuing Honours degrees in visual arts. The scholarship recognizes students with exceptional academic records in Art who have demonstrated a high capacity for achievement in their chosen field of arts practice. The scholarship is valued at $5,000 per annum and is awarded to one student annually. Applicants must be eligible for enrolment at ANU in the Honours Year of the Bachelor of Arts (Visual) with Honours, the Bachelor of Visual Arts (with Honours), or Bachelor of Design Arts with Honours. Selection is based on the merit of the Honours application, recommendation of the relevant Head of Workshop, academic record, and presentation at the end of semester six exhibition or equivalent folio documentation. All eligible students are automatically considered for the scholarship with no separate application required.
