About this opportunity
This fully funded PhD scholarship offers an opportunity to conduct research on air quality, environment, and public health. The project focuses on assessing air pollution exposure among urban commuters in Melbourne. The research will involve reviewing literature on commuter exposure to air pollution and the impact of working from home, measuring exposure across various modes of transport and travel routes, assessing health impacts using health impact modelling, and developing mitigation measures using air pollution and transport modelling. Candidates will work with world-class labs, receive research funding and travel support, and have access to seminars and professional development opportunities.
