About this opportunity
The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville (SIUE) provides a one-time award of $2,000 to incoming undergraduate students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa at a community college. This scholarship recognizes academic excellence and leadership demonstrated through Phi Theta Kappa membership. The scholarship is designed to support transfer students transitioning from community colleges to SIUE, as well as first-year students who have transfer credits from community colleges. Recipients must demonstrate strong academic performance with a minimum 3.5 cumulative transfer GPA. The admission application to SIUE serves as the scholarship application, making the process streamlined for prospective students. Awards are granted as funding becomes available.
