Philip G. Miles Undergraduate Research Fund (Award)

The Philip G. Miles Undergraduate Research Fellowship was endowed by Dr. Wei-Li Lee to honor his mentor, Dr. Philip G. Miles, who worked and taught at the UB Department of Biological Sciences for over fifty years. This fellowship aims to provide UB Biological Sciences students with financial support to facilitate research during a student's senior year. The award is available to seniors with 90+ credits majoring in Biological Sciences in the College of Arts and Sciences who demonstrate financial need and maintain a GPA of at least 2.8. The amount of each award depends on the application and available funds.
