Pierre Robin Award

The Pierre Robin Award is awarded to a student with satisfactory academic standing in the fourth year of the Honors Program in Sociology, or in a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Sociology, whose area of concentration is population studies (demography). Selection is based on academic standing. In the event of a tie, the scholarship money will be divided equally among the students. If there are no eligible students at the undergraduate level, this Award may then be given to a student in a Master of Arts program whose research work is centered on demography. The award is endowed by friends of Pierre Robin and administered through the Faculty of Arts at the University of Alberta.
