The Pilot Club of Winter Haven – Rotha Douglas & Vera Oehlberg Scholarship is available to students currently enrolled or planning to enroll in Polk State College. The recipient must maintain a GPA of 2.50 or greater. Furthermore, the recipient must agree and be available to attend the Pilot Club's Annual Dinner. This scholarship will pay for tuition and books.
