Polish Heritage Club of Wisconsin-Madison Scholarship

The Polish Heritage Club of Wisconsin-Madison (PHCWI), founded in 1979, awards scholarships to provide tuition assistance for students pursuing secondary education. The organization was formed to promote Polish heritage through educational, cultural, charitable, and social objectives. The scholarship is designed for students of Polish ancestry or those studying Polish language, history, society or culture, or who are significantly engaged with Polish culture. Successful applicants typically demonstrate excellent academic performance with at least a 3.0 GPA and must be Wisconsin residents pursuing associate, bachelor's, or graduate degrees at accredited U.S. universities or colleges. The scholarship check is awarded upon verification of completing one semester of the coming school year. The Scholarship Committee reviews all applications to ensure criteria are met before presenting their candidate to the Board of Directors for final approval.
