Poole Group Accounting Scholarship

Established in 2005, the Poole Group Accounting Scholarship aims to support a student commencing a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) and intending to pursue a career in Accounting or Financial Planning. The scholarship is designed for students who are permanent residents of specific Queensland local government areas including the Sunshine Coast, Moreton Bay, Somerset, Gympie, Fraser Coast or South Burnett regions. The scholarship provides financial support over three years, with A$2,000 in the first year and A$1,500 in both second and third years, totaling A$5,000. Payments are made in instalments approximately three weeks after Census Date once enrolment is confirmed. This scholarship is offered on a yearly basis through funds provided by an external donor, and availability depends on continued funding.
