Posse Foundation Full-Tuition Leadership Scholarship

The Posse Foundation identifies, recruits and trains individuals with extraordinary leadership potential. Posse Scholars receive full-tuition leadership scholarships from Posse's partner colleges and universities across the United States. The program works to ensure the retention and success of Posse Scholars through Pre-Collegiate Training and Campus Program support. Posse Scholars graduate at a rate of 90 percent, compared to 59% nationwide. Since 1989, Posse's partner colleges have awarded $2.45 billion in scholarships to Scholars. The program identifies outstanding leaders from 20+ cities across the United States through a Dynamic Assessment Process that evaluates leadership and academic potential. The program includes specialized tracks such as the Posse STEM Program, Posse Veterans Program, Posse Virtual Program, and Posse Arts Program. 57 percent of Posse Scholars and alumni are first-generation college students, reflecting the program's commitment to diversity and access to higher education.
