Postgraduate Bursaries

The Leverhulme Trade Charities Trust awards bursaries of up to £5,000 per year for UK university students who are in financial need and have a parent, spouse, or are themselves employed as a commercial traveller, pharmacist, or grocer. The bursary can be used for any reasonable costs connected with attending university, including tuition fees, accommodation costs, living expenses, or equipment to help with study. Students can apply for a bursary for each year of their degree course, and do not need to re-apply annually as long as they continue to meet eligibility requirements and maintain satisfactory academic performance. The bursary is paid directly to the university on behalf of the student, who then receives the funds.
