About This Opportunity

The Postgraduate Global Scholarship 2025 is an automatic tuition fee discount awarded to international students at Keele University based on their undergraduate degree classification. Students who achieved a First Class degree receive £5,000, those with a 2:1 receive £4,000, and those with a 2:2 receive £3,000. The scholarship is designed to support self-funded international students pursuing taught postgraduate qualifications at Keele University. Eligible students must be registered on and attending a taught postgraduate course that equates to at least one year's full-time study at postgraduate level, leading to a named award of at least Postgraduate Diploma level. Students registered for PhD, MPhil, PGCE, or fully online courses are not eligible. The scholarship is generally a one-time award, except for students in MSc Nursing or MSc Prosthetics and Orthotics where it may be awarded twice to cover both years. The scholarship is available to students starting in September 2025, January 2026, or the full-time MBA intake in May 2025. It is only open to self-funded international students classified as overseas students for fee-paying purposes, and is not available to those receiving funding from external bodies. The award is automatically assessed when students apply, requiring no separate application. Recipients receive the scholarship as a tuition fee discount with no cash alternative available. The award can be combined with the Keele Alumni Discount where the Alumni Discount is applied after the Global Scholarship has been deducted.
